The Electrifying SuperSpark Cinema is back for 2025!!
🎃 Fright Nights Construction Update – Trailers Returns! 🎬
Exciting news for Thorpe Park Fright Nights fans: Trailers is returning for its 5th year – and construction updates are giving us some early glimpses!
🖼️ New posters have appeared on the façade of the Superspark Cinema (the setting for the maze, not an actual film) as well as throughout the queue line. Some of these posters hint at rooms from previous years returning, while others suggest new surprises – a clever mix of nostalgia and fresh frights.
✨ While the interior theming isn’t visible yet, based on previous years we can expect the maze to continue delivering immersive, spine-tingling experiences. Each room has historically been designed to pull guests into a cinematic horror world, full of tension, surprises, and plenty of scares.
👀 We’re especially excited to see if there are major updates to the Superspark Cinema this year. The new posters suggest there could be twists, but we’ll have to wait until Fright Nights to see exactly what’s been changed or updated.
🎭 With construction progressing and new visuals appearing, it’s clear that Trailers 2025 is shaping up to be a must-visit scare maze for both returning fans and newcomers.
💭 Are you ready to step inside the Superspark Cinema and see what nightmares Trailers has in store this year?

🧸 Stitches Construction Update – Thorpe Park Fright Nights 🧵
The nightmare toybox is almost ready to open… and things are moving fast at Stitches, one of the headline horror mazes for Thorpe Park Fright Nights 2025!
🪡 The shell of the facade is now standing tall, giving us our first real sense of the twisted, patchwork world guests will soon step into. Even unfinished, it already oozes atmosphere – eerie, playful, and more than a little unsettling.
🎪 The marquee that houses the maze is now completely finished, which means all the focus is now on the interiors. From this point on, it’s all about the theming, detailing, and those chilling final touches that truly make a Fright Nights maze unforgettable.
🪀 Inside, construction work is well underway. Early glimpses show walls, props, and set pieces being carefully stitched together, and the level of detail is already incredible. Every corner is designed to immerse guests in Stitches’ story – a workshop of broken toys and fraying threads, where nightmares are stitched together before your eyes.
✨ What’s most exciting is how quickly it’s all coming together now. Piece by piece, stitch by stitch, the maze is transforming from bare structure into a fully immersive horror experience. The concept feels both playful and sinister – a toy emporium where the laughter has long since turned into screams.
👁️🗨️ It’s safe to say, Stitches is shaping up to be one of the most unique and unsettling mazes ever seen at Thorpe Park Fright Nights. When those doors finally creak open, guests won’t just be entering a maze… they’ll be trapped inside a handcrafted nightmare stitched shut around them.
💭 Are you ready to step back inside Howell’s Toy Emporium? Because soon, there’ll be no unpicking the thread…
A huge thank you to our member @amityalfie for today’s brilliant construction images – your updates keep the excitement growing stitch by stitch! 🙌

RWS Global The future of Thorpe Park Entertainment
RWS Global X Thorpe Park
RWS Global
The Future of Thorpe Park Entertainment
Ever heard of RWS Global? They’re a worldwide entertainment company that works with theme parks, cruise ships, and events to create epic shows, actors, and guest experiences.
Now, they’ve teamed up with Thorpe Park, which means future entertainment at the park – like scare actors, live shows, and more – could be powered by RWS’s creative team. This possibly confirms the return of events for the 2026 season!
However, it’s currently predicted that both Ghost Train and The Walking Dead: The Ride will remain in-house, still run and managed by Thorpe Park’s own team. We are hoping this applies for Fright Nights Aswell as we would love to see it stay in house!
Big changes could be coming – and we’re watching closely!

Thorpe Park Fright Nights 2025 Full Lineup Announced
New Scare Zone for 2025
FRIGHT NIGHTS 2025 UPDATE
Written by Tom – ScreamParkTheatre
Fright Nights 2025 is shaping up with a strong lineup featuring four returning mazes: Stitches, Survival Games, Deadbeat, and Trailers. These popular experiences are confirmed to return in their usual locations and will once again operate as upcharge attractions. Entry to a single maze is priced at £8, or £7 with an annual pass discount. Guests can also purchase the Fearsome Four bundle, which grants access to all four mazes for £38, or £28 for annual passholders.
It has also been confirmed that three scare zones will return: Crows of Mawkin Meadow, Lucifer’s Lair, and Creature Campus, all expected to be located in their usual areas across the park. Some of these scare zones will feature new elements for 2025, offering fresh scares and surprises for returning guests. In addition, a brand-new scare zone is currently in development. While full details are yet to be announced, it’s rumoured to be located either in the former Death’s Doors site beneath Nemesis Inferno’s loop, or within Big Easy Boulevard — a space that was used poorly during Fright Nights last year.
For those looking for even more excitement, rides will remain open until 9PM, giving guests the chance to experience thrills in the dark. That includes Hyperia, the UK’s tallest and fastest roller coaster, which will be operating into the dead of night — offering an unforgettable high-speed ride under the stars.

Paultons Park Announces new coming 2026 Vikings Land
And Announces brand new thrill coaster
In a bold move that continues its rapid growth and evolution, Paultons Park has announced an all-new themed land: Valgard – Realm of the Vikings
, set to open in 2026. This immersive new area will plunge visitors into the mythical world of Viking legends, combining storytelling, theming, and high-adrenaline thrills like never before at the Hampshire-based family theme park. At the heart of the new land will be a major roller coaster: a Gerstlauer Euro-Fighter featuring two dramatic inversions – a first for Paultons Park and a significant leap forward in thrill ride offerings for the park.
Valgard will not only include this record-breaking coaster but also a brand-new flat ride and a reimagined version of the beloved Cobra coaster, which will be seamlessly integrated into the land's Norse narrative. These additions reflect Paultons Park’s growing ambition to rival the UK's top theme parks while maintaining its signature focus on immersive family-friendly experiences. Enhancing the atmosphere further, guests will be able to dine in a Viking-themed restaurant, designed to deliver both visual spectacle and hearty, themed fare. With themed architecture, storytelling, and a line-up of fresh attractions, Valgard promises to be a landmark addition to the park.
This announcement marks a milestone moment for Paultons Park, as it introduces its first-ever coaster with inversions, signifying a shift towards more intense thrill experiences while still catering to a broad audience. As development begins and more details are teased, anticipation is already building among theme park enthusiasts and families alike. Stay tuned to Theme Park Theatre for updates as the legend of Valgard continues to unfold.

LegoLand Windsor Opens for 2025
Without the classic family loved Pirate Stunt Show
Or the duplo valley puppet show!
Legoland Windsor has opened for the 2025 season with some changes, as the Duplo Valley Theatre will remain dark due to budget cuts in the entertainment team made by Merlin Entertainments. This has led to a reduction in the park’s entertainment offerings, including the beloved family-favorite Pirate Show, a thrilling stunt show featuring jet skis and incredible action, which will be greatly missed. With the entertainment lineup scaled back, these changes will impact the overall experience, though Legoland remains committed to providing a fun and immersive experience for visitors of all ages, with its thrilling rides and attractions for the whole family.
